Step 1

Oven (with convection) - 180 °C, for 25 minutes; remove the plastic wrap, place the beef meat in an ovenproof dish and place it in the preheated oven, on the middle shelf.

Step 2

Microwave: Remove the plastic wrap, place the beef meat in a covered container and heat at 900 watts for 4 minutes or 600 watts for 10 minutes.
