What does the slow-cooking sous-vide method mean? The meat is cut, seasoned, sealed in a special vacuum pouch, and then submerged in hot water for an extended period of time (approximately 8 hours) at a constant temperature (below 85 °C). This allows the meat to cook evenly and perfectly throughout. After cooking, the product is cooled and kept in its original packaging until it reaches the consumer, ensuring maximum hygiene and eliminating any risk of contamination. This cooking method locks in important nutrients, resulting in tender, juicy meat that’s sure to impress any audience!

Step 1

Remove the packaging and place the product in an ovenproof dish. Heat it in the oven at 210 °C for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Remove the packaging and place the product in the air fryer. Cook at 200 °C for 15–25 minutes.

Serving suggestion

The duck legs can be served as a roast with your favorite side dish, or the meat can be sliced and added to a wrap alongside sliced vegetables. Recommended quantity for 2 servings. Enjoy!
