Prepare the meat
Heat the Food&Glory duck leg according to the instructions on the package. Once it is ready, lightly shred it with a fork.
Prepare the bun
Slice the black burger bun in half and warm it in a dry pan or in the oven for added texture.

Spread the orange and ginger jelly on the bottom half of the bun. Place the duck leg on top, then add the mixed salad leaves and the chopped spring onion.
