Preparare

Cook the Food&Glory pork ribs according to the instructions on the package.
Shred the meat
Once the ribs are ready, let them cool slightly, then remove the meat from the bone using a fork or your hands.
Slice the bun
Cut the pretzel bun in half and, if desired, lightly warm it in a dry pan or in the oven for a crispier texture.
Assemble the sandwich
Spread the sweet mustard on the bottom half of the bun. Then add the tender rib meat, spreading it evenly.
Add the toppings
Top with the sauerkraut salad and drizzle BBQ sauce over it for extra flavor.
Final step
Place the top half of the bun over the filling and press down gently.
