Prepare the pulled pork

Remove the pulled pork from the package and place it on a plate. Use two forks to shred it into strips. Transfer the shredded meat to a pan, add the BBQ sauce, and heat over medium heat for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Prepare the buns

Heat a grill pan and toast the burger buns on the inside until they develop a golden crust. This step prevents the buns from becoming soggy from the sauces.

Assemble the mini burgers
