Ingredients

Follow the steps for a remarkable result.

Steps

From a few simple ingredients to a spectacular appetizer, in just a few easy-to-follow steps.

Prepare the base ingredients

Cook the Food&Glory beef brisket according to the instructions on the package. Let it cool, then slice it as thinly as possible. Place the raisins in a bowl and pour the Marsala wine over them, allowing them to soak.

Create the cheese mixture

Mix the Philadelphia cream cheese with the Gorgonzola and finely chopped parsley until you achieve a smooth, uniform texture.

Assemble the terrine

Line a small loaf pan with plastic wrap. Arrange thin slices of brisket inside, covering the bottom and sides. Pour half of the cheese mixture into the pan, sprinkle the raisins soaked in wine over it, then add the remaining cheese mixture. Cover with the remaining brisket slices, wrap tightly with the plastic wrap, and refrigerate the terrine for at least 20 minutes.

Serve like a master chef

Remove the terrine from the refrigerator, take off the plastic wrap, and slice it. Arrange the slices on a platter and serve to your guests. Compliments to the chef — that’s you!
